Our CAD team translates your concept into high-precision 3D digital renders within 1 week. This stage includes 1 complimentary round of revisions to perfect tolerances and stone seats before tooling.
Wax Prototyping & Master Sampling (2 Weeks)
Approved CAD files are 3D-printed into high-resolution wax models and cast into a physical master sample within 2 weeks, allowing you to confirm weight, fit, and tactile feel before bulk manufacturing.
Precious Casting & Gemstone Cutting
Bulk casting proceeds in certified 925 sterling silver, solid gold, or brass. Simultaneously, our Jaipur lapidary team cuts, calibrates, and matches your natural or lab-grown gemstones to exact specifications.
Hand Setting, Finishing & Micron Vermeil (4–6 Weeks)
Master artisans hand-set each gem under magnification and perform multi-stage polishing. Pieces receive hallmarks and durable anti-tarnish micron gold vermeil or rhodium plating (up to 2.5 microns).
Quality Inspection & Insured Global Export
Every completed item undergoes a comprehensive multi-point quality check for structural integrity and surface polish. Orders are packed securely and dispatched via insured priority air courier (DHL/FedEx, 4–7 business days).
