Digital 3D CAD modeling takes approximately 1 week. Once you approve the CAD design, making the physical metal sample takes about 2 weeks.

Custom 3D CAD modeling ranges from $70 to $100 per design depending on complexity, which includes 1 complimentary round of design revisions (subsequent revisions are billed separately). If a physical metal sample is required, precious metals, gemstones, and casting labor are charged extra based on actual material specifications.

Bulk manufacturing typically requires 4 to 6 weeks following sample or CAD approval, depending on order quantity and gemstone setting details.

Our MOQ starts at just 10 pieces per design for 925 sterling silver production runs (split ring sizing is supported). For solid gold collections, we offer flexible low MOQs starting from 1 to 5 pieces.

All custom creations remain 100% your proprietary property. We are pleased to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before development, and we never display, share, or resell client designs.

We require a 50% deposit before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance upon final quality inspection before dispatch. We accept international bank wire transfers (T/T) and PayPal for sample/CAD fees.

International express air shipping via DHL or FedEx takes 4 to 7 business days with end-to-end tracking. Shipments are supplied on an Ex-Factory / FOB basis where transit risk transfers upon carrier dispatch; door-to-door transit insurance is billed separately as an optional add-on during invoicing to fully protect against loss or damage.

All orders are fulfilled on an Ex-Factory / FOB basis. We provide full export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates) for smooth clearance, but destination import duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the importer.

Any transit damage, missing items, or package discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photos and an unboxing video of the outer shipping box, courier label, and items. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.
